We provide soft washing, vinyl restoration, paver and concrete cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, roof cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services throughout Suffolk County and surrounding areas.

You may use this website to learn about our services, view our work, and request a quote. By using the site, you agree to:

3. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you supply and what we observe at the property. Quotes are generally valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise. The final price may be adjusted if the actual work differs from the original scope — for example, if additional surfaces are added, conditions are more severe than expected, or access is restricted. We will discuss and confirm any change in price with you before performing the additional work.
4. Service Agreement
When you schedule a service with us, you agree to the following:
Property access and preparation
- You confirm that you are the owner of the property, or that you have permission from the owner to authorize the work.
- You will provide reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including water source access.
- You will move or secure any personal items, vehicles, outdoor furniture, or fragile items in the work area before our arrival.
- You will inform us of any known issues with the property — loose siding, damaged screens, leaky windows, broken seals, electrical concerns, fragile landscaping, or anything else that could affect the work.
Soft washing and pressure cleaning
- Our soft wash method uses low-pressure water with biodegradable cleaning solutions designed to safely remove organic growth and dirt.
- While we take care to protect surrounding landscaping, vegetation, and surfaces, certain conditions — pre-existing damage, sensitive plants, failing seals, or weathered finishes — may be affected by cleaning. We are not responsible for damage to property that was already compromised before the service.
- Older, faded, oxidized, or painted surfaces may show variation after cleaning. Cleaning reveals the true condition of a surface and cannot restore color that has already faded or peeled.
5. Scheduling and Weather
We schedule jobs in the order they are booked. Weather conditions — including rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions — may require us to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date that works.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major payment methods discussed at the time of booking. Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to a fee to cover bank charges. Past-due balances may be subject to collection costs as permitted by New York law.
7. Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. Before we leave the property, we will walk through the completed work with you whenever possible. If something doesn't look right, tell us and we will address it. Touch-up requests should be made within seven (7) days of service so we can evaluate them while the original conditions are still observable.
8. Photos and Marketing
We may take photographs and videos of the work we do for our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. We will not include any identifying information about your property — such as the address, house number, or your name — without your permission. If you prefer that we not take photos of your property, let us know before the work begins.
9. Website Content
The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Wildcat Washing or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers
